At Botcon 2014 in Pasadena, California, a tour of Universal Studios was given, where Botcon attendees were offered one of these 4 figures, sealed in the bag. They were Optimus Prime, Heatwave, Chase, or Bumblebee.
The only way to get all 4 was to buy from / trade with other Botcon 2014 attendees for their figure.
